FACILITIES |
Champagne Cottages is situated approx. 150m from Bell Park Dam and offers guests a
private gate to the dam.
There is a concrete slipway for watercraft. As well as access to Bell Park we have our own
small dam on the property .
There are beautiful walks and bird watching around the dams.

Fishing
Bass and Yellow Fish in Bell Park Dam and
Carp in the small dam.
Fishing rods are available for hire if you don't have your own, and guests are welcome to bring their own canoes..

Swimming pool
Enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool.

Play Area
There is a jungle gym play area for little ones.
